This recipe is perfect for when you want to throw together a quick soup and don’t have any vegetable broth in the pantry or freezer. This is a make-ahead mix that you can store in your pantry.

Instructions
For Veggie Broth Dry Mix
In a pint-size mason jar, combine all the dry ingredients.
Seal the jar tightly and shake until all the ingredients are well mixed.
Store the jar in a cool, dry place like your pantry or a cabinet until it’s ready to use.
For Veggie Broth:
To make a cup of vegetable broth, mix 2 teaspoons of the dry mix for each cup of warm water.
Stir the mixture well until the broth mix is fully dissolved in the water.
Use the vegetable broth in your favorite soup recipe and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 to 5 days.
Notes
This spice mix can also be added to homemade veggie scrap broth to give your broth a flavor boost!
