Whether you’re hosting dinner guests or just enjoying a solo snack, this blend of Mediterranean herbs and spices turns simple olive oil into a luxurious flavor bomb.

Ingredients
  

Dry Mix

  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Red pepper flakes to taste

To Make Bread Dipping Oil

  • 1/4 tsp dry mix
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Fresh Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine basil, oregano, thyme, marjoram, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well to evenly distribute.
  • Transfer the mix to a small spice jar or airtight container. Label with the name and use instructions.
  • Combine ¼ teaspoon of the herb mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small dish. Let sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to infuse. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
  • Serve with warm bread or use as a seasoning in your favorite recipes.
