Ingredients
  

To Make Dry Mix

  • 2 cups powdered milk
  • 3/4 cup cornstarch or arrowroot powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp thyme

To Make Cream Of Soup

  • 1/3 cup mixture
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions
 

To make Dry Mix:

  • Combine powdered milk, cornstarch (or arrowroot powder), garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, parsley, and thyme in a mixing bowl.
  • Stir until all the ingredients are well mixed and evenly distributed.
  • Store the mixture in an airtight container and label it with the date.

To make Cream Of Soup

  • To make soup, whisk 1/3 cup of the dry mix into 1 cup of cold water, cook, and stir frequently until thickened.
  • For cream of chicken, add 1/4 cup of bouillon and 1 teaspoon of melted butter.
  • For cream of mushroom, add 1/2 cup of dehydrated crushed mushrooms.

Notes

For cream of chicken, add 1/4 cup bouillon, 1 tsp melted butter.
For cream of mushroom, add 1/2 cup dehydrated crushed mushrooms.
