Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 tbsp apple pie spice mix

  • In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and water over medium heat. Bring mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves.
  • Add apple pie spice mix. Whisk until combined.
  • Let the mixture simmer, for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let the syrup cool to room temperature.
  • Transfer liquid to a clean container. Store the simple syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.
